Picturesque location coupled with informative staff made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was savoury and there was lots of food to choose from. Lovely base for exploring St Ives.

Great value compared to other properties, and spotless. I enjoyed its really lovely building. Light filled, reasonably large room, everything was fabulous. The staff did all they can for a PERFECT 10/10 stay. Prime location, in the colourful area.

worth its 4 stars. location is excellant, property is very clean and breakfast is free of charge. there's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like story by the sea, set within 15 minutes walk or so.
